1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Hinkal Pro Shop offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, freshness, or condition of any item in your order, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Quality Issues: Products that are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not up to our quality standards upon delivery
  • Missing Items: Products that were charged but not included in your delivery
  • Incorrect Items: Products that were delivered but different from what you ordered
  • Late Delivery: Deliveries that arrive significantly outside the scheduled delivery window, resulting in product spoilage
  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a product for any reason

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for quality issues, missing items, or incorrect items
  • 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time for late deliveries

We strongly recommend that you inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process:

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the items you're unsatisfied with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  3. Documentation: If possible, provide photos of the product issue to help us address the problem effectively.
  4. Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 2-3 business days of receiving your request.

We do not typically require you to return perishable items. For non-perishable products, we may request that you return the item before processing a refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and may cover return shipping costs depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Store Credit: Added to your Hinkal Pro Shop account

Please note that credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined based on the following considerations:

  • Full Refund: For products that are damaged, incorrect, or missing
  • Partial Refund: May be offered for products that were partially consumed or where the issue affected only part of the order
  • Store Credit: May be offered as an alternative to a monetary refund, often with additional value added

Shipping fees may be refunded only if the entire order is being refunded or if the delivery issue was our fault.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Downloadable products (e-books, recipes, etc.)
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Items that have been consumed (except in cases of quality issues)

8. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Accessing your Account settings and selecting "Manage Subscriptions"
  • Contacting our customer service team

To avoid being charged for the next delivery, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date. If you cancel after this cutoff time, the cancellation will take effect after the next delivery.

No refunds are provided for previous subscription deliveries unless they qualify under the conditions listed in Section 2.

9. Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend:

  • Requesting a refund for the unwanted item
  • Placing a new order for the desired item

For non-perishable items, we may be able to arrange an exchange on a case-by-case basis.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to the policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
